WEYERHAUSER LUMBER DIVISION, KANSAS CITY KS
KDC competed a 100,000 SF warehouse with a rail spur and 12 acres of storage for the distribution of lumber. We secured IRB financing with the Unified Government of Wyandotte and Kansas City, Kansas for the project to give real estate tax abatement for over 10 years saving Weyerhauser hundreds of thousands of dollars. The project was completed in less than six months.
